Oyster Hatchery Tour

Join Maryland IFT for lunch followed by a visit to the Horn Point Laboratory Oyster Hatchery!
The oyster hatchery tour will begin at 1:00 PM. We invite you to join us for lunch prior to the tour at 11:30 AM. The lunch location will be shared shortly.
The Horn Point Laboratory Oyster Hatchery is the largest on the East Coast and produces millions of baby oysters each year. Come learn about oyster hatchery operations and the important role oysters play in Maryland’s waterways and aquaculture industry.
The tour is free and typically lasts about 60 minutes.
