SUMMARY:Chevron Decision
DESCRIPTION:Come have dinner with us at Nancy’s Kitchen and listen to Ricardo Carvajal from Hyman\, Phelps & McNamara discuss the history of the Chevron doctrine ending in the Supreme Court’s decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and specifically its effect on FDA.  We will speculate about future court cases on interpretations  of ambiguous laws.   Reservations with MDIFT are necessary as dinners must be chosen at least 3 days before the meeting.
