This month we’re shining the spotlight on Joseph Kasnadi, R&D Scientist at Elite Spice!
Joseph’s journey bridges STEM and culinary craft from earning a Biology degree at the University of Maryland and working in biotech manufacturing, to culinary school at Johnson & Wales and an M.S. in Food Science at the University of Maine. Today, he develops innovative seasonings and tackles real-world industry challenges while exploring the intersection of human sensory perception and AI.
His advice for students and early-career pros? “Connection through food, and understanding through science.”
